The après-ski hot tub is a real treat for unwinding after a day on the slopes, especially with a glass of prosecco in hand. The charming outdoor views provided a pleasant backdrop during meals and relaxation times.
Rooms can feel cramped, particularly for families. A noted few mentioned challenges with limited storage space for luggage. The proximity to a main road raised concerns over safety and noise levels. Family access routes to town are lacking, with no proper sidewalks, complicating walks with kids. There's also no television in the rooms, which might be a downside for some seeking evening entertainment. The dining area can get cramped during busy hours, diminishing the communal atmosphere a bit.

The location was excellent, as where to go to get the best out of the area. And it was also just off both Les Gets and Morzine as well as all the restaurants.

It was an incredibly beautiful hotel in a beautiful area, just next door to restaurants, Morzine, Avoriaz and of course Les Gets, and Close enough to easily get into town by foot. Guest room with fire place ..., shared bathroom, for example was ready when we checked-in.
Although everything was great, some of the staff were surly.

Consider booking a family room if you have kids. It's cozy but has great storage space for gear.

This hotel is overrated. The family atmosphere just meant I could hear every irritating squeal from the kids, and my room was like a closet, not what I expected for a premium stay. Unbelievably, I didn't even get a complimentary drink upon arrival. I almost gave this a good review, but I just couldn't. Unimpressed.

What a lovely discovery! Chalet bluebell is super clean and in a great location, just a short walk to the center where all the restaurants are. The best part was the warm welcome we received with a cup of hot tea by the fireplace after a long day skiing. Breakfast was good, with delicious food and a friendly atmosphere.

Awesome hospitality and cozy vibes
The food was great, especially the special diet menus! It's just a short walk to the village center for fun events. Just wish the shared bathroom situation was a bit better. Otherwise, totally loved it!
